Berries protect against carcinogen-induced gene changes

The August 1, 2008 issue of the journal Cancer Research (http://cancerres.aacrjournals.org/) published the finding of researchers at Ohio State University that consuming black raspberries can prevent some of the genetic changes that result from carcinogen exposure, thereby reducing the risk of cancer.
